We commenced security service in the year 2001, and got an exemption from Govt. of Maharashtra in 2004, Our ISO Certification is dated 2005. We have emerged as one of the trusted organizations engaged in offering excellent services that meet the requirements of Security, Labour Contracting, and mechanized housekeeping. Backed by the services of experienced industry professionals, we hold expertise in rendering these services to different work areas like in Corporate Corporate & Business Houses Cooperative societies as well as other organizations who are in need of our services.

We are registered & having a license to Engage in the Business of a Private Security Agency under form VI (Rule 8) of the Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act, 2005, issued by office of the Joint Commissioner of Police and Controlling Authority, Pune City. [Serial No. 48/2008, Issued Date : 03/07/2008].

We are Registered with Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment & Welfare Act, 1981) [SGA – 2017/C.R.573/LAB-5] With our own generated Training Manual we impart training to the team on site. We promise that we shall leave “No stone unturned” to come up to your expectations in providing security, Bouncer service.

Dr. Milind Madhukar Chaudhari, Chairman & Managing Director B.Com, MPM, DLL, LW has vast experience of HR, IR & Administration in Various Industries. He is Sampark Pramukh of Police Mitra Sngathana of Maharashtra state. He was secretary of Rotary club of Chinchwad Morya for year 2015-2016. His sphere heading strategic directions, growth & through his leadership, vision,& understanding of the strategic market has synergized the LMC Group to enable to occupy leadership position in the Industry.

Standard Operating Procedure

  • Our all Field Staff are Ex-Service man and all are trained for fast communication.
  • The site supervisor meets concern department daily and giving report of previous day.
  • The field officer meets HR department Periodically to take advice and suggestions for improvement in security environment.
  • Tracking System : We have started Tracking System.
  • The Field officer and night supervisor carry out surprise night visits independently and submit their written report” On The Spot” after visit of each post in the premises.
  • Assistance in investigations for any theft or losses is provided and if required FIR is lodged with Police Authorities in liaison with HR Dept of clients.
  • LMC Provides assistance to clients in government related queries.
  • Armed Guards as deterrents are also recommended and provided at site where critical situations are evident.
  • Unlike some well known security agencies we do not allow Union Activities among our security personnel.
  • Feedback: We take feedback from the client quarterly to take corrective action.
