Employee Recruitment Process

  • Education – SSC, HSC or more.
  • Industrial Security service Experience minimum 1-3 years.
  • Detailed interview – Written & Physical Tests.
  • Pre-induction training for seven days including Drill, Discipline, Gate Duties, Vehicle Checking ,Night Patrolling, Night Whistling, Warning Whistle, Fire Fighting and First-Aid etc.
  • Three days on the job training at site.
  • Refresher Training at site once a month or on required basis.
  • Training Assessment by Operational Manager.

Operational System

  • After receiving firm order and before starting our service, the security survey of site is carried out to understand the requirement of guards and infrastructure for better security management of the unit.
  • Our Supervisor meets Concerned Authority on daily basis and gives the report of the happenings of previous day.
  • Field Officer meets Concerned Authority of HR periodically. Takes comments in writing in prescribed Format.
  • The Managing Director, CEO & Director or President meet concerned authority for betterment of, Security Arrangements.
  • Surprise Night checks once in a week and written report is submitted to client immediately.
  • Continuous liaison maintained at all levels.
  • Communication network and mobility ensures immediate response for critical situation at site.
